- Mind-Set: Visible enthusiasm is one trait we like to see in our candidates. We can tell when they’ve taken the time to take some calming breaths to transform their nervousness into positive energy. Some meditation or visualization prior to your meeting will do the same for you. Imagine yourself settling into your new office!
- Questions: In Revolution Marketing & Management interviews, we don’t want to be the only ones asking questions. Applicants who have a few detailed questions of their own show us that they’re truly interested in the opportunities and being knowledgeable about our firm. Have you considered what you will ask during your meeting?
- Weaknesses: No one is perfect, and we don’t expect them to be so. When we pose the infamous interview question about the candidate’s biggest weakness, we hope to hear a genuine response. Someone who says he or she is simply too hard of a worker probably isn’t being authentic. We’d prefer to hear about notable weaknesses, along with steps taken to improve them.
