My name is Christian, but I go by Chris. I was raised in a family business and learned the hustle at a very young age. I breathe, eat, and sleep with the city that never sleeps, Las Vegas your dream vacation is my life. There are many grate opportunities in Las Vegas because this city just keeps growing just like we are doing in revolution. I chose to be part of the revaluation family because that’s exactly what attracted me the opportunities to keep growing and stand for something other then just being a employ you are part of your own growth and control your own growth. But most importantly you don’t only grow in business but in life. There for being a part of the revaluation family Is the best decision I have made.
Dylan Michael Guzman was born in Oshkosh, WI, where he graduated and earned his Bachelors Degree in Computer Science. After working in a few different fields out in Wisconsin and not really finding a place where he fit, he decided to move to Las Vegas to gain more opportunity. After working in retail as a Team Leader for 2 years, through changes in the business, he was let go. This is where the frustration of putting in a lot of hard work and not being appreciated reached its breaking point. That’s when he found Revolution! He learned that he was able to put in that hard work and was appreciated by the people he worked with. Not only that, everyone was just as involved in his development as he was. He also found that he was in charge of his own destiny, which provided a lot of encouragement to push forward and get fully involved within the business. He has already learned a lot during his time at Revolution and he is very hopeful for the future!
My name is Elizabeth and I am a proud mother of a beautiful daughter. I was born and raised in Sacramento, California. I enjoy many activities from hiking the beautiful mountain sides of Las Vegas to following my culinary passions. I arrived in Las Vegas in the summer of 2011. I began my journey with Revolution Marketing and Management with great excitement and energy. The growth both personally and professionally has been amazing. It is fast paced and rewarding. Helping other individuals grow to actually succeed and reach their goals is very exciting and motivating. The knowledge and information I have gained is directly applied in all areas of my life physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. I am here because I am motivated and excited to see the growth for my future as well as for those around me. It truly is what you put in is what you get out. Revolution Marketing and Management has encouraged me to sculpt my student mentality, work ethic and attitude into a powerful asset. I have many goals with and I dream big, no matter how scary. With blind faith, I will take control of my future. I will continually remind myself of how the possibilities are endless. With time and effort invested in my dreams, my dreams are now goals because they have dates attached.
My name is Emily Vivian and I’m originally from the Seattle, Washington area. I studied Visual Communications and Design and Computer Science at Eastern Washington University and graduated with my BA in March 2016. After job hoping from retail to corporate, my fiance an I decided Seattle wasn’t for us. In March 2019 we made the move down to Las Vegas and I made the decision to do something that was completely out of my norm. Since starting with Revolution, I’ve been lucky enough to help spearhead a brand new division in the Las Vegas market as well as being selected to go to Top Leaders Conference in Dallas, TX. This job has turned into a career thanks to all the support from the CEO and Owner as well as all the other top leaders in our office. Everyone wants everyone to grow in our business, it’s a completely selfishly selfish job and I want to continue to grow and give people the same opportunity to grow as Revolution has given me.
I was born and raised in Southern California. I went to UC Riverside where I got a Degree in Political Science. I also had the opportunity to study abroad in Canterbury, England where I went to University of Kent for two years to study Politics and Theatre. I’ve been through every industry, from being a co-Manager in retail, bartending, club promoting, running a music studio, running a theatre company, to performing professionally with both with choirs and solo. However I was a jack of all trades, master of none. I joined this industry of Marketing and Management training because I was able to focus on one thing, helping people. When I got into this business, it helped me to understand that unless we invest all of our time and energy into one thing at a time, we don’t see maximized success. That is what Revolution is all about, our people. They are the reason I keep going, and the reason I get up and have a smile on my face going to work each day. Seeing people change their lives, and being a part of their growth is my mission and purpose in life. With our client portfolio doubling in size recently, we have plenty to grow with and I am excited to see where our team will take us.
I like to think of myself as a chameleon. Originally from the Bay Area, I attended University of Oregon where I received my BA in Philosophy. Upon arriving home, I attended Paul Mitchel’s cosmetology school and it was during my time growing within the industry that I came to realize that financial health was equally as important to me as the culture of the business. I decided to move to Las Vegas and switch career paths working for an electrical company. It didn’t take me long to understand I was missing my ‘passion’ puzzle piece to happiness. This is when I found Revolution. I’ll admit I didn’t fully understand the opportunity when it was first presented, yet all I kept hearing was that your own work ethic will propel your growth, and I knew I could rely on that. It was during the first week that I felt I was able to be myself again and blend all of my worlds together; talking and helping people while making their day, all while being welcomed into a company culture filled with positive messages tucked into training meetings. Near the end of the month I had fully immersed myself in the business and because of doing so, I was able to work out all of my ‘bad habits’. I put forth everything I had into blind faith to transition into a person I wanted to be and who I was able to become with this opportunity. Finally, during campaign management, I started to qualify myself into my own bigger goals. Everything turned real and tangible over night. While I currently am still (and always!) learning something new, I know by constantly reading the wind and adjusting my sails, I will ultimately end up where I want to be. My guiding ‘Northern Star’ has been the people who step into the Impact room and pour their passion into a lesson. Revolutions don’t happen over night, but starting one does.
My name is Nikita Wright. I was born and raised in Pasadena, Ca. I attended the Academy of Art in San Francisco before moving to Las Vegas to continue my architectural degree. I joined Revolution Marketing and Management 7 months ago and what can I say, it was a fit! My role as admin is very exhilarating; I am the first contact for the company and then I get to see everyone grow in the company, striving for their goals every day. To know that I played a part in helping someone to achieve success is what makes my position that much more amazing! The potential for growth is endless and the support received gives you that continuous push to move forward and be better than you were yesterday. That is the goal of the Revolution family, to prosper not only professionally but also personally. We want to bring the best out of you, making you 1% better each and every day!
My name is Serenity. I’m originally from Southern California but located to the northern half a couple of years ago. I take advantage of opportunities that arise which is why I’m currently here in Vegas. I have a crazy fiancé and an even crazier almost 4 year old son. Hello, my name is Tash! I was raised on a small ranch just outside of Barstow, CA. Once I graduated High School I came to Las Vegas to study at University of Nevada – Las Vegas where I received my baccalaureate degree in Psychology. I have always been someone who wants to learn as much as I can because I know that if I put in a little hard work and I am happy doing so I can grow and reach success. So that is how I knew that when I found Revolution in October 2018 it was where I was meant to be!
Upon starting my journey with Revolution I was not 100% sure of what I was doing but I knew I had found my career and it was clear that I would have all the support I needed in reaching my goals of being able to grow both personally and professionally, helping others and writing my own success story! Since I started at Revolution 4 short months ago I have already grown an immense amount from building my own personal confidence to being promoted into an Executive Campaign Manager position and being selected as one of two people sent to the Top Leaders conference in Dallas, TX! I am now working as hard as I can towards giving others the same opportunity that I was given and being able to open my own office by the end of 2019! I will continue working, learning and growing until I reach my goals as Dolly Parton said it best “You’ll never do a whole lot unless you are brave enough to try.”
